How to Build an Eggs Benedict Bar

eggs Benedict components

Homemade English muffins, an easy way to poach eggs en masse, fresh hollandaise sauce and a few beautiful Benedict combos… Brunch is about to get even better.

Step 1. Prepare the English MuffinsMake these soft and chewy English muffins a day (or a week) ahead to save time later—they freeze great!

Step 2. Prepare the Eggs: Poaching eggs one by one may not be efficient for a brunch with friends, but poaching eggs in a muffin tin works just as well!

  • To get started, heat oven to 300°F.
  • Place 1 tablespoon of water in each well of a nonstick muffin tin.
  • Crack an egg into each well and bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny.
  • Use a rubber spatula to gently remove cooked eggs from the tin.

Step 3. Prepare the Hollandaise SauceAlong with being delicious over Eggs Benedict, this rich and creamy sauce also goes great with asparagus, salmon and more.

Step 4. Build your Benedict: Try these recipes or make your own perfect combination!
