Spicy Pretzel Sticks

Warm cumin and other spices give these pretzel snacks a hint of heat that keeps you coming back for more.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 4 ounces pretzel sticks
  • ¼ cup white vinegar

Preparation

Heat oven to 300°F.

Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with lightly greased parchment paper.

Mix together the cumin, cayenne, paprika and garlic. Toss the pretzels with the vinegar then toss with the spice mix.

Bake until the spices are lightly toasted, 5-7 minutes. Let cool to room temperature to crisp pretzels.
