Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 bunches rainbow carrots, trimmed, peeled, halved and cut into 4-inch sticks
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons herb oil

Preparation

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add the carrots and cook, stirring, until carrots are browned all over and tender. Stir in the salt, pepper and sugar. Toss with the herb oil.
