Honey Lavender Hard Lemonade

The light sweetness of honey combined with lavender on the nose and palate produces a refreshing lemon cocktail. Try the non-alcoholic version for a fresh twist on lemonade!



  • 1½ ounces Barr Hill Gin
  • 1 ounce Honey Lavender Simple Syrup
  • 3 ounces limonata
  • ¼ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • Lemon slices, for garnish


  • 6 ounces sparkling lemonade
  • 2 ounces Honey Lavender Simple Syrup
  • Lemon slices, for garnish

Honey Lavender Simple Syrup:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1½ cups premium honey
  • 10-12 lavender blossoms


To make the cocktail (or mocktail), combine all ingredients in a glass filled with ice and stir. Garnish with a lemon slice.

To make the Honey Lavender Simple Syrup, bring honey and water to a boil, stirring until incorporated. Remove from heat and add lavender blossoms, then cover and let rest for about 30 minutes. Strain out lavender and refrigerate. Extra syrup will last for about a week.
