Our large traditional holiday meals serve 8–10 people, includes a fully cooked turkey and a selection of seven side dishes. This meal includes:

Large Diestel Turkey

Your Choice of Stuffing

• Traditional Stuffing - Both timeless and tasty, this classic stuffing features our bakery’s homemade bread mixed with garlic, celery, onion and fresh herbs.
• Cornbread Sausage Stuffing  - When we say “made from scratch,” we mean it! Our chefs make this delicious dressing with our bakery’s homemade cornbread and our meat department’s handcrafted Italian sausage.

Your Choice of Root Vegetables

• Old-Fashioned Yams - Fresh yams, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and toasted marshmallows make this side a holiday hit. Nostalgia never tasted so good!
• Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Yams - Enjoy diced sweet potatoes and yams expertly roasted and tossed with sautéed red peppers and onions, all finished with herbs. (Vegan)

All of the Following Sides

• Traditional Mashed Potatoes - To make this guest favorite, our chefs mash fresh russet potatoes with cream and butter, then lightly season them with salt and pepper.
• Green Beans Almondine - This simple side stars fresh, crisp green beans tossed with California extra virgin olive oil and toasted sliced almonds. (Vegan)
• Dinner Rolls - Soft, pillowy and full of flavor, these flour-dusted dinner rolls are the perfect accompaniment for your meal.
• Cranberry Orange Relish - For a fruity finish, enjoy this sweet-tart relish made with raw cranberries, mandarin oranges, a touch of sugar, orange juice reduction and zest. (Vegan)
