Demo Request Form

2024 Demo Program Update

Dear Vendor Community, thank you for supporting our stores and providing our guests with an excellent tasting experience. This request form will serve as an agreement that your company will meet our requirements for compliance, scheduling, staffing, food and beverage handling, service expectations, and payment.

All demos are approved and scheduled through the Demo Coordinators office. We require a lead time of 21 days when submitting your request and you will typically receive confirmation within 72 hours.

Demo Costs and Terms

In-house Demo Team (Valley Stores): The rate is $235.00 and includes 4 hours labor.

In-house Demo Team (Marin/Sonoma Stores): The rate is $235.00 and includes 3 hours labor.

In-house Demo Team Adult Bev (All Stores): The rate is $235.00 and includes 3 hours labor. All alcohol tastings must be pre-approved by the demo coordinator prior to submitting your request. Please contact Tom Tristan at demo.coordinator@nuggetmarket.com for availability before submitting your request.

  • All in-house demos include labor, (set up, tear down, and clean up included), up to 30 minutes zoom meeting training of demo team, demo equipment, supplies, demo kit fulfillment, UPS shipping of demo materials to our demo associates and post-event report with sales, feedback, and photos. Purchase of sample product is extra and proof of purchase with receipt copy will be provided.

Vendor Performed: $25.00 admin fee per demo and includes scheduling and compliance processing and management.

  • Pre-payment is required for all requests and is to be received 10 days from start date. Space is limited and all requests will be approved on a first come, first served basis.
  • Please note that all Vendor Demos must be performed by the owners or the direct employees of the brand. Nugget Markets, Inc. does not permit third-party agency representation or independent contractors paid as 1099. All owners and employees performing in our stores must have a valid food handler card on file with our compliance department, issued by an ANSI accredited company. We require employee name to be provided at the time of submitting this request.
  • All alcohol tastings must be pre-approved by the demo coordinator prior to submitting your request.
  • All invoicing will be provided by our billing partner at accounting@gourmetdemo.com.
