Chalk it Up! Our own Woodland Nugget Markets bakery associate Erin Pennington put chalk to pavement at the Chalk on the Block event, benefiting the Woodland Farmer's Market.

The event offers education about healthy living through art and, as a fundraiser, directly supports the Market’s effort to keep a block of Main Street shut down for a few hours each Saturday so vendors can sell produce and other homemade products.

As proud sponsors of the Doodle Zone (where kiddos could create fruit-and-veggie art of their own), we were delighted to have Erin transform Nugget Markets' chunk o' sidewalk into a colorful work of art!
