Follow our simple instructions for a perfectly cooked Pork Loin Crown Roast!
Notice: The consumption of raw or undercooked meat may increase your risk of food-borne illness.
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2.Place roast in oven on a shallow roasting pan int he oven on the center rack.
3. Roast at 350ºF for 10-15 minutes per pound or until a thermometer inserted into the center of the thickest section of the roast reads 150ºF.
4. Remove the roast fromt the oven, place a piece of foil loosely over the roast and let rest for 15 minutes.
5. Carve and serve.
