As for the cheese, here are a few of our favorite options, perfect for a delectable dessert board:
Domaine du Village—A French cow’s milk triple crème.
Midnight Moon—A goat’s milk gouda from Holland.
Stilton—An English cow's milk blue.
You can pair a dessert board with sparkling wine or a dessert wine like Port or Sauternes. For a beer pairing, go with something dark and sweet like a stout.
