We’ve got some news that’s the bee's knees... Sweet, raw, local and delicious Fresh to Market Honey is returning to our shelves! At long last, Robin and Henry Harlan, longtime suppliers of our local honey, have enough of the sweet stuff to supply Nugget Markets’ Fresh to Market Honey once again. This time around, instead of the squeeze bear, look for our lovely new 12-ounce jars. 

While the amount of local honey available is still limited, we’re thrilled to have raw Fresh to Market Honey back on our shelves. Since our honey comes from bees in Sacramento, Yolo, Sonoma, Solano, Marin and Napa counties, it also contains all the pollens that help with local allergies. If you like to add honey to coffee or tea, just make sure it isn’t too hot—heating honey to more than 120°F can kill the pollens.
