Almond Wood Grilling: If you have the time and space to do so, try using almond wood in place of traditional charcoal briquettes. The added time to let the wood burn down to coals before grilling is well worth the enhanced flavor of your finished product.
Diamonds are a Grill’s Best Friend: To achieve diamond grill marks on your steak, burger or other chosen protein, position item at a 10 o'clock position on the grill, then at a 2 o'clock position. Flip protein and repeat.
‘Tis the Seasoning: Good steak only needs salt and pepper, but since pepper burns, be sure to add it after grilling.
