Want it in writing? Here’s the play by play:
First, chop off the top and base of the pineapple. Stand the remaining fruit on a cutting board and slice off the spiny skin all around it. Quarter the pineapple, remove any remaining skin and cut out the core from each slice. Cut each piece into spears, then turn and cut into bite-sized chunks.
Voila! Your pineapple is ready for the fruit platter!
