Organic Shishito Peppers: Originally from Japan, shishito peppers are slender, light green peppers up to 4 inches long. Mildly spicy (usually!) with grassy and citrus notes, these peppers take on a smoky, peppery flavor when cooked. Try them grilled, sautéed or tempura fried to bring out their fantastic flavor.
Pasilla: Also known as poblano peppers, pasilla peppers are originally from Mexico and are available year-round. These peppers have complex flavors ranging from mild to medium heat and smoky, savory flavors that are brought out when cooked. Try them fire roasted or stuffed with cheese, meat and more!
Serrano: These small, slender peppers are known for their thick flesh with high acid spiciness. Ranging from dark green to bright red, these peppers are frequently used raw (in salsa, guacamole, etc.) or cooked (roasted, smoked, etc.). Pair with tomatillos, tomatoes, corn and Mexican style cheeses for a fiesta feast!
Organic Sweet Mini Peppers: Sweet on sweet peppers? Don’t miss these petite tri-colored peppers in bright yellow, red and orange. Naturally high in Vitamin C, these peppers are great for snacking on raw, chopping up for a salad, grilling on the barbecue or however else you can think to eat them!
