Wicked Wine:
HobNob Wicked Red: Grenache, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, syrah and pinot noir grapes from the Languedoc region of southern France come together to create an opulent, fruit-forward red blend with hints of oak, blackberries, mocha and an eerily smooth finish. Pair with grilled meat and dark chocolate.
Apothic Dark: The name Apothic is inspired by the "Apotheca," a mysterious place where wine was blended and stored in the 13th century. Apothic Dark is a full of dark layered flavors of blueberry and blackberry, coffee and dark chocolate.
Apothic Red: A masterful blend of rich zinfandel, smooth merlot, flavorful syrah and bold cabernet sauvignon creates layers of dark red fruit complemented by hints of vanilla and mocha.
Casillero del Diablo (“House of the Devil”) Cabernet Sauvignon: Celebrate with an official wine of Halloween with a smooth cabernet sauvignon from Chile, full of cassis and black cherries complemented by hints of mocha and dark chocolate. Pair with a feast of red meats, herby dishes or mature cheeses.
Bogle Phantom Red: This intensely rich blend from Lodi, California is returning to haunt wine lovers just in time for Halloween. Enjoy notes of wild berries, black pepper and hints of juniper and tantalizing tannins.
Spooky Brews:
Heretic Brewing Company: From Shallow Grave (dark porter) to Torment (Belgian-style dark ale), Evil Cousin (West coast imperial IPA) to Evil Twin (blood-red ale), there’s no need to drink ordinary beer this Halloween.
Stone Brewing Enjoy By 10.31.16 Tangerine IPA: This Tangerine IPA is frighteningly fresh with tangerine tang and 10 different hops. Brewed to be enjoyed fresh, it will disappear after Halloween 2016—drink accordingly!
