Ready to blow away your family with a super quick and easy holiday treat? This simple but decadent dessert is a sure-fire hit!
Ingredients:
- 1 carton of Dreyer’s Slow Churned Peppermint Ice Cream
- 4 servings brewed espresso or hot chocolate (about ¼ cup each)
- 4 tablespoons whipped cream
Preparation:
Pour ¼ cup hot espresso or hot chocolate into a demitasse cup or aperitif glass. Add small scoops (about ¼ cup) of peppermint ice cream. Top with whipped cream and serve immediately.
To spice up this treat for the adults, try adding a little Kahlua or Amaretto!
