Ettore’s Champagne Cake: Champagne-soaked sponge cake is filled with fresh strawberries and white chocolate mousse, coated in white chocolate curls and finished with white chocolate mousse, crisp pearls and a chocolate-dipped strawberry. Available through February.

Ettore’s Cranberry Orange Cake Cup: Made from scratch locally and delivered fresh daily, these petite treats feature vanilla sponge cake filled with fresh orange curd, topped with tangy cranberry mousse and finished with cereal crisps.

Peppermint Torte: Can’t get enough candy canes? Try our white or chocolate Peppermint Torte filled with a peppermint white chocolate mousse, frosted with a peppermint whipped cream and drizzled with a rich chocolate ganache!

Nutella Bar: What’s better than a spoonful of Nutella? Our decadent, house-made Nutella bar, of course! We top our buttery shortbread crust with a mousse-like Nutella filling and cover it in a thin layer of ganache—yum!

Yule Log Cake: Yule love our bakery’s take on this holiday classic! The vanilla sponge cake is filled and frosted with chocolate non-dairy whipped topping and covered in premium Callebaut chocolate shavings.

Peppermint Brownie: Chocolate and peppermint go together like twinkles and sprinkles! Enjoy our decadent, house-made fudge brownie topped with a sweet peppermint buttercream and crushed peppermint for a fun and festive treat.
