With 17,000 acres to work with, the ranch produces a variety of responsibly raised livestock and heirloom crops like beans, grains and rice. Their pigs, for example, are raised in open air without antibiotics and fed GMO-free feed grown right on the ranch. This humane handling and quality feed work to create extra juicy pork products like tender, bone-in pork chops.
