Cherries + Marin French Triple Crème: Pit cherries, then cook down with splash of kirsch, dash of sugar and a squeeze of lemon juice. Top triple crème with reduced cherry goodness and serve.
Blackberries + Bellwether Farms Crème Fraîche: Top fresh blackberries with a dollop of crème fraîche for a simply delicious combination of flavors.
Blueberries + Président Brie: Cut the top rind off a brie round, top with blueberries, wrap in puff pastry and cook 20-25 minutes, until puff pastry is golden. Slice, serve and enjoy!
Cantaloupe + 6 Month Manchego: Slice Manchego into thin wedges and cantaloupe into triangles, then wrap both with Prosciutto di Parma and skewer with a rosemary sprig.
