Get ready to celebrate our region’s bounty of food, drink, growers and producers at Sacramento’s annual Farm-to-Fork Festival. This delicious event will feature all things local, from vendors, food and drink, to entertainment, activities and music—including special demos led by a few of Nugget Markets’ talented team!
Get ready to celebrate our region’s bounty of food, drink, growers and producers at Sacramento’s annual Farm-to-Fork Festival. This delicious event will feature all things local, from vendors, food and drink, to entertainment, activities and music—including special demos led by a few of Nugget Markets’ talented team!
The festival will take place Saturday, September 29, 2018 from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. at Capitol Mall, Sacramento, and we’ll have a variety of fun and informative demonstrations every hour on the hour at our Fresh to Market Demo Stage:
11 a.m. – Cascade Creek Lamb 101, with Corporate Executive Chef Stazi Dulman
12 p.m. – How to Build a Cheese Board, with Director of Specialty Cheese Operations Jeremy Patin
1 p.m. – Pasta Making, with Corporate Executive Chef Stazi Dulman
2 p.m. – Sourdough Starters, with Director of Bakery Operations Brian Wagner
3 p.m. – Sweet & Savory Galettes, with Corporate Executive Chef Stazi Dulman
4 p.m. – Flower Arranging, with Director of Floral Operations Krysten Cholewinski
5 p.m. – Pickling/Fermenting, with Corporate Executive Chef Stazi Dulman
