Celebration Field Roast: Vegan Celebration Roast stuffed with butternut squash, apples and mushrooms and seasoned with sage, garlic, rosemary and thyme.
Mushroom Gravy: Vegan, gluten-free mushroom gravy flavored with porcini mushrooms.
Traditional Stuffing: Vegan bread stuffing mixed with garlic, celery, onion and fresh herbs.
Green Beans Almondine: Crisp green beans tossed with California extra virgin olive oil and toasted sliced almonds.
Vegan Garlic Mashed Potatoes: Whipped russet potatoes with roasted garlic, coconut oil and coconut cream.
Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Macadamia Nuts: Roasted sweet potatoes and yams drizzled with a balsamic vinaigrette and topped with toasted macadamia nuts.
Wheat Rolls: Vegan whole wheat rolls, especially good served warm.
Cranberry Orange Relish: Fresh cranberries mashed with mandarin oranges and mixed with a touch of sugar, orange juice reduction and zest.
