Prepare for your New Year’s Eve party by making festive batch cocktails, mocktails and punch in advance! Along with being quick and easy to make en masse, these drinks are sure to please a variety of party guests. As an added bonus, if you ever need more, they only take about two minutes to make so you can get back to the party in no time flat. Cheers!

Cranberry St. George Sparkler (6 servings)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup vodka
- ½ cup cranberry juice
- 3 ounces St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 1½ cups club soda
Preparation:
In a large pitcher filled with ice, combine all of the ingredients. Serve in Champagne flutes or other festive glasses.
Midori Melon Ball Drop (6 servings)
Ingredients:
- 3 cups ice
- 12 ounces Midori
- 6 ounces citrus vodka
- 3 ounces elderflower liqueur
- Juice of 3 lemons
- Sugar, to rim glasses
- 1 cantaloupe (use melon baller to create garnish)
Preparation:
In a larger container, combine ice, Midori, vodka, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice. Stir for 30 seconds, then strain into serving pitcher. To serve, rim cocktail glass with sugar, fill with cocktail and garnish with melon ball skewer.
Moscow Mule Punch (8 servings)
Ingredients:
- 4 cups ice
- 4 cups ginger beer
- 3 cups vodka
- 1 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 limes, sliced into ¼-inch slices
- 1 bunch fresh mint
Preparation:
In a large punch bowl, combine ice, ginger beer, vodka, lime juice, lime slices and mint, reserving some lime slices and mint for garnish. Serve in copper mugs and garnish each cocktail with a mint sprig and lime slice.
Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Limeade Punch (12 servings)
Ingredients:
- 1 can (12 ounces) limeade concentrate
- 2 liters Sprite
- 2 cups ice
- 1 lime, sliced into ¼-inch slices
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
Preparation:
Combine limeade concentrate and Sprite in a large punch bowl and stir gently. Add ice and garnish with lime slices and raspberries.
