Elevate your party game by making your own Petite Fromage de Boule, a.k.a. Cheese Bites! Both tasty and quick (2 dozen in 10 minutes, anyone?), these tantalizing finger foods are easy party appetizers and can be made with crave-worthy flavors like salmon and dill, fruit and nuts or your own favorite combos.

Both tasty and quick (2 dozen in 10 minutes, anyone?), these tantalizing finger foods are easy party appetizers and can be made with crave-worthy flavors like salmon and dill, fruit and nuts or your own favorite combos.
Salmon & Dill Cream Cheese Bites
Core:
- 8 ounces Gina Marie Cream Cheese
- 2 ounces Echo Falls Wild Alaskan Smoked Salmon, chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill
Coating:
- 1 cup finely chopped dill
Smoky Bacon & Blue Cheese Bites
Core:
- 8 ounces Gina Marie Cream Cheese
- 4 ounces Rumiano Smoked Mozzarella, shredded
- 2 ounces Point Reyes Original Blue Cheese, crumbled
Coating:
- 4 ounces cooked bacon, chopped
- 4 ounces pecans, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh Italian leaf parsley, chopped
Orange Blossom Honey Chèvre with Dried Fruit
Core:
- 5.4 ounces Laura Chenel Orange Blossom Honey Goat Cheese
- 2 ounces Bellwether Farms Carmody, shredded and chopped
Coating:
- ½ cup dried apricots, chopped fine
- ½ cup dried cranberries, chopped fine
- ¼ cup fresh Italian leaf parsley, chopped
- Zest of 1 large lemon
Preparation:
Combine all core ingredients of your chosen cheese bite until completely incorporated. Roll mixture into small balls roughly the diameter of a nickel and set aside.
Combine all coating ingredients and mix thoroughly. Gently roll each cheese ball in the mixture to lightly coat one side, then roll cheese bite around in your hand until evenly coated on all sides. Insert one pretzel stick into each cheese bite and arrange on a serving plate.
And just like that, elegant, delicious and amazing appetizers are done!
