La Quercia Montepulciano d'Abruzzo: All organic farming methods are used to produce this little gem from Italy. Grapes are hand-picked and pressed within two hours of harvest for the freshest fruit flavors. The estate is also multi-agriculture and self-sustaining. They produce their own vegetables, bread, olive oil, salami and cheese, all from products grown or raised on their farm.
Cline Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon: This is Cline’s first foray into cabernet sauvignon, and like everything else they do, it is made with the utmost care. The winery and vineyards are Certified California Sustainable and Fred Cline developed the “Green String farming method” which promotes and enhances biodiversity, minimizes soil erosion and pollution in the air, and allows for minimal human intervention in the vineyards.
Chateau La Freynelle Blanc: This sauvignon blanc-dominated white blend is made at a very small family-owned-and-operated estate that has operated in the Bordeaux region since 1789. After years of passing the estate onto a male family member, the property is now in the hands of Veronique Barthe, the first female born into the family since the French Revolution.
Jadix Picpoul: The Picpoul grape is known as the “lip stinger” for its naturally high acid level, but this version is a little softer and more rounded than most of its counterparts. The acidity is still there, but it is balanced by the ripe melon flavors and honeysuckle notes.
