Beckmann’s Bakery: Founded in 1985 by German immigrant Peter Beckmann, Beckmann’s Bakery still holds true to his original commitment to traditional baking and artisan quality. Made in their solar-powered facility in Santa Cruz, Beckmann’s pies feature all-butter crusts so tender and flaky they’ve been a Bay Area favorite for more than 20 years!
