Nugget 101: Our Kitchen is Cookin'!

There, our love of food is put into everything we make.
The late 1990s marked the beginning of our Kitchen’s story, when we hired our first professional chef to create fresh, gourmet meal solutions for guests who wanted real, homemade quality but none of the work. We also added deli meats and cheeses to be sliced upon request! Now, each of our stores has a dedicated back-of-house team that chops, minces, sizzles, sautés, and more, so everything is perfect by the time it gets to your plate.
Speaking of our chefs, they’re the source of so much of the culinary creativity in our stores! Your favorite Nugget Market bottled dressing? One of our chefs created it. Your favorite sandwich? Invented by one of our chefs. What about that delicious chef special at our hot bar? Well, this one should be apparent, so you guessed it… conceptualized by one of our very own chefs!
From entrées to appetizers, sandwiches to sides, we offer a variety of gourmet, chef-prepared dishes made fresh every day with the highest quality ingredients. Our hot bar has culinary creations that rotate daily, our deli case boasts bona fide delicacies, and our grab-and-go wall has pre-packaged eats for extra convenience.
