Did you know Nugget Market has been offering fresh flowers for about half of our hundred-year history? Better be-leaf it! Budding in the 1970s, this stunning section joined our stores around the same time we ushered in departments like our Deli and Bakery—making us a truly “super” market.

Flash-forward to 2026, and almost all our stores boast a gorgeous array of houseplants, succulents, floral arrangements, bouquets, and consumer bunches for our guests to enjoy throughout the seasons, along with dedicated Floral Specialists to always keep our selection fresh. We also have featured items on sale every week so you can score some daffo-deals!

What sorts of stems might you expect in our stores? While our specific selection varies by season, we’re always thrilled to offer a variety of beautiful blooms and plants with new options arriving daily to ensure the very best quality and freshness. As an added bonus, many of our flowers come from local farmers right here in California! Some of our favorites include locally grown sunflowers from Neve Bros. in Petaluma (one of only two commercial rose growers in California!) and organic options from Yolo County’s Full Belly Farm in the summer, plus vibrant poinsettias in the winter, springtime tulips, and daily delights like Gerbera daisies, spray roses, and more year-round!
