In 2010, Papalote Salsa Trading Co. began, following in the footsteps of San Francisco’s highly acclaimed Papalote Mexican Grill which has been in business since 1999.  Victor Escobedo, Jodi Hernandez, and Miguel Escobedo create 100% natural, vegan, gluten-free salsas that have been said to hit “the trifecta of spicy, salty, and smooth” according to Sunset Magazine.
