Olives are nothing new to the Lucero family, as they’ve been growing these gems in Northern California for three generations and lay claim to some of the oldest olive trees in the region. While Dewey Lucero started the family-owned and operated business in 2005, his grandfather began producing olive oil for close friends and family by pressing small batches in a hand mill back in the day. Today, Lucero’s local award-winning olive oils and balsamic vinegars are available to not only the family’s close friends and relatives, but to Nugget guests, too.
