Our Fresh to Market handmade sausage is the perfect entrée for summer grilling. Our Fresh to Market sausages are handmade in–house by our own meat department associates using our signature recipes. Our recipes use the finest ingredients and spices, hand–mixed with our quality ground pork shoulder or ground chicken thighs. We have more than 20 different varieties that we can make, and we generally have 8 to 12 different varieties to choose from in our fresh meat cases.
