Using the best, freshest and most local produce available, brothers Bob and Joe McClure continue the legacy of their great–grandma Lala’s pickles by bringing them to market for the rest of us to experience. Having canned most her life, mom Jennifer jokes that these pickles are so incredible, she lured in her husband by making them for him! And Ted Allen, of the Food Network’s “The Best Thing I Ever Ate,” is surely a fan as well, having featured them on his show. When pickling, the brothers use superior quality cucumbers, which are hand sliced and hand packed along with the goodies that make these pickles so delicious. Their Garlic Dill pickl eshave a strong sour taste, which is complemented by bits of garlic and dill. The Spicy pickles have a kick, from cayenne and habanero peppers.
