The first time I tasted Creminelli Salami, it was love at first bite! I mean, what’s not to love? All–natural ingredients; humanely raised, vegetarian–fed animals; and time–tested, authentic Italian recipes, some of which are rumored to date back to the 1600s.

On top of all that, each salame is stuffed in an all–natural casing, hand–tied and then slowly aged to perfection. We carry almost their full line of artisan salami, including the Casalingoor “house salame”, the spicy Piccante (what real pepperoni started out as), and the classic Sopressata (a wine–and–garlic–infused salame). We also have some unique treats, including their Wild Boar Salame, made from Texas wild boar and seasoned with cloves and juniper berries, and their oh–so–special Salame Tartufo, made with real black summer truffles. Whatever the occasion may be, Creminelli Salame should be a part of it. Serve it simply, sliced to your desired thickness with crusty bread, some great cheeses from our Specialty Cheese Department and a hand–picked selection of olives—entertaining at its finest! • Kaelynn Medbery (Specialty Cheese)
