Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 425º. Heat a 14” skillet on the stovetop, and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. When oil begins to smoke, add the tenderloin and sear for approximately 2 minutes on each side. Finish in the oven approximately 6-8 minutes, or until the tenderloin reaches an internal temperature of 145º F. Let rest of 3-5 minutes before serving, and enjoy!
