We cook our organic orzo to a perfect al dente, and then we toss it with blanched asparagus, oven-roasted tomatoes, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, mint and olive oil. All you need is a simply grilled protein source (we like a nice grilled chicken breast with lemon), and you have a complete summertime meal.
Flavored with cilantro and lime, the slow-roasted pork from our Deli department is cooked for 24 hours, resulting in fall-off-the-bone tenderness.
