Jean Arnold began 479 Popcorn with a fond childhood memory of devouring fresh, organic popcorn that her mother made in a stovetop popper. While at London’s Le Cordon Bleu, Jean discovered that 479 degrees F. is the optimal temperature for popping corn, hence the name of her artisan product. Today, Jean makes popcorn in small batches by hand in her San Francisco kitchen, using organic heirloom corn, organic agave syrup, and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
Clover Stornetta Farms is a third–generation, family–owned–and–operated dairy company located in Petaluma, California. Clover supports local family farms in Marin and Sonoma counties by using their milk to produce Clover products.
