In honor of National Heart Health month in February, Nugget wants to help educate our guests about Heart Healthy eating. Join us when Dr. Liz speaks on Heart Healthy Foods in our Davis (Oak Tree Plaza) store, on February 15th. She will repeat four 20-minute presentations, each followed by a 10-minute Q & A period.
