Our Specialty Cheese classes are a unique opportunity to expand your cheesy knowledge. Enjoy 7-9 different cheeses (and complimentary alcoholic selections) as our Cheese Specialist, Reed, walks you through how each one is made and used—this often includes great information on the history of the cheeses and how geography affects the product. Dialogue and participation is encouraged! 

Classes cost $30/person and can be paid for at our Guest Service Desk upon arrival. Attendees must be at least 21 years of age.
