Are you a fan of artisanal cheese? There’s more to Swiss cheese than generic, holey slices. Trade up for the original with Gourimino Emmentaler AOP! Made and aged in the Emmental region of Switzerland, this fantastic raw milk cheese is handcrafted in small dairies 2-4 wheels at a time using traditional techniques that date back hundreds of years.

Nugget Markets is excited to announce that we’ll be breaking into a 200-lb. wheel of Gourmino Emmentaler AOP this Saturday at our store on Covell Blvd. in Davis! Join us for this momentous event and see how a 200-lb. wheel of authentic (and delicious) Swiss cheese is broken down into fresh wedges that you can bring home to enjoy!

Our friendly and knowledgeable cheese specialists will be sharing plenty of samples at the event, along with pairing tips and cooking inspiration. We’ll see you there!
