Dr. Liz Applegate is the director of sports nutrition at UC Davis, where she consults with student athletes and teaches the largest general nutrition class in the UC system. She is the nutrition columnist for Runners World magazine and for our very own e-newsletter, Fresh to Market. Please join us as Dr. Liz visits several of our stores to speak on Breast Cancer Prevention. She will repeat four 20-minute presentations on the Six Must-Eat Foods For Breast Cancer Prevention. Following each presentation, she will break for a 10-minute question-and-answer period.
