French Cheeses

Where do you begin with a country that has over 300 varieties of cheese? This class will give you a start in your quest to taste all that France has to offer.  Cheeses range from an aged Mimolette, a gooey camembert, an intense Roquefort as well as some truly fantastic cheeses in between. You will not want to miss this class.  6-8 cheeses in total will be paired with 5 wines. Classes cost $30/person and attendees must be at least 21 years of age.
