Cypress Grove Collection

Rising out of the misty fog that is Humboldt county is the Cypress Grove Creamery - producing some of the best goat's milk cheeses on the planet.  We will taste everything from their tangy chevre, rich Truffle Tremor and nutty goudas.  You will not want to miss the stories and history of how these cheeses have revolutionized the industry.  8 cheeses, 4 wines and accompaniments will be served. Classes cost $30/person and attendees must be at least 21 years of age.
