This is a quick and easy way to fill Cannoli shells to make a simple yet satisfying dessert.
- 1 package Ferrara Cannoli Shells
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur
- 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier
Place the whipping cream and the sugar into the bowl of your stand mixer, and using the whisk attachment whisk on medium-high speed until the mixture starts to gain volume. When it is starting to solidify add the two liqueurs. It is done when it will hold firm peaks. Don't overwhip becasue the cream will turn to butter.
Pipe the cream mixture into the Cannoli shell using a piping bag with a star tip. Garnish with grated chocolate (optional).
