A flavorful alternative to butter, this flavored oil can be used to season anything from veggies to roasted meats.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch tarragon
- 1 bunch chives
- ½ bunch Italian parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped oregano
- Zest of ½ orange
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup olive oil
Preparation
Place all the fresh herbs in a food processor and pulse to chop.
In a large jar, combine all ingredients, cover, and shake vigorously.
Store any unused herb oil in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
