Lip Smackin' Baby Back Ribs

There's no need to bust out the barbecue for these easy and delicious oven-roasted ribs. Try them with our Five Minute BBQ Sauce to kick it up another notch!
Ingredients
- 2 pounds baby back ribs
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- ¼ cup brown sugar
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix all dry ingredients together in a work bowl. Rub the spice mix on ribs until thoroughly coated. Let the ribs rest for 2 hours to allow the spice rub to penetrate the meat.
Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and bake for 1½ hours. Remove the ribs from the foil and finish in a 425°F oven for 15-20 minutes.
