Classic cucumber sandwiches get a tasty makeover with the addition of shrimp, radishes, and Tajín!
Ingredients

Preparation
Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, and Tajín.
Cut cucumber into 3-inch lengths and slice ⅛-inch thick on a mandolin or with a knife.
Lay bread slices out on a work surface and spread each with an even layer of the Tajín mixture. Layer shrimp, cucumber, and radish on half of the bread slices, then top with the remaining bread slices. Cut off the crust and slice into 4 equal portions.
