BBQ Beef Ribs with Homemade Seauc

Delicious ribs in a simple but zesty at home marinade!
Ingredients
Marinade:
- ½ small yellow onion, peeled
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- (add container or bag with size, for marinating the Ribs)
6 pounds of Beef Ribs
- Kosher salt, to taste
Preparation
For the marinade: Take all the ingredients and place them in a blender. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
Place your ribs in a gallon ziplock and pour your marinade over, letting it sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
When you're ready to grill, take the ribs out and salt to taste. Grill for about 1 – 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 190 degrees.
