BBQ Beef Ribs

Barbecued beef ribs are even better with this simple and zesty homemade marinade!
Ingredients
Marinade:
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- ½ small yellow onion, peeled
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Ribs:
- 6 pounds of beef back ribs
- Kosher salt, to taste
Preparation
For the marinade, place all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Place ribs in a large zip-top bag and pour marinade over the meat. Refrigerate ribs for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
Heat grill to about 275°F.
Remove ribs from refrigerator and salt as desired. Grill over indirect heat for about 1–2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 190°F.
