Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1 T. garlic, minced
- 2 c. strained, Greek, whole-milk plain yogurt
- 2 T. heavy cream
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 1 English cucumber peeled and sliced thin
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 T. fresh dill, chopped
Preparation
In a medium sauce-pan, saute garlic in oil until cooked through but not brown.
Squeeze out as much moisture from the sliced cucumbers as possible using paper towels.
Mix all ingredients together and serve with warm pita, lamb or grilled chicken.
