Grilled Swordfish with Banana Papaya Salsa

Ingredients
- 6, 6 oz. portions of swordfish
- 4 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 2 lemons (with shaved lemon rind for marinade)
- Cracked black pepper to taste
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of the lemons while grilling
- Kosher or sea salt to taste while grilling
- Banana Papaya Salsa:
- 2 bananas, diced
- 1 papaya, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green onion, minced
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sweet Thai chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
Preparation
Marinate the swordfish in all the ingredients except the lemon juice for at least 2 hours before grilling. Season the fish while grilling with the lemon juice and salt.
Banana Papaya Salsa:
Combine all ingredients and serve over fish.
