Preparation
Heat a sauté pan on medium heat. Add olive oil to the pan and quickly sear radicchio for 30–40 seconds to wilt, then remove from pan.
Spread butter evenly on each slice of baguette and toast butter-side down in pan until golden brown.
Place toasted baguette slices on a work surface. Spread Cranberry Jalapeño Dip evenly on each slice, top with arugula and radicchio, and season to taste with salt. Garnish with toasted almonds and pomegranate arils.
