This versatile sauce makes a great marinade for fish, pork or chicken, or you can swirl it into mayo for a flavorful crudité dip, or toss with roasted or grilled veggies to take them over the top.

Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree for 10–15 seconds until combined. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
