Capture the sweetness of cantaloupe or other seasonal melons at their finest with this super simple sorbet recipe.
- 1 pound cantaloupe, cut into large chunks
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 2 mint leaves
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree on high for 30 seconds until very smooth. Transfer to an ice cream maker and churn according manufacturer’s directions.
When sorbet begins to hold its shape, transfer to a chilled dish and place in the freezer to set for a minimum of 1 hour. If stored overnight, remove from freezer 5–10 minutes before serving.
